Ōhorano Shrine is a Shinto shrine located in Nishikyō-ku, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan.Ōhorano is dedicated to the Fujiwara tutelary kami, Amenokoyane, who was said to have assisted in the founding of the state.HistoryThe shrine became the object of Imperial patronage during the early Heian period. In 965, Emperor Murakami ordered that Imperial messengers were sent to report important events to the guardian kami of Japan. These heihaku were initially presented to 16 shrines including the Ōharano Shrine.From 1871 through 1946, the Ōhorano Shrine was officially designated one of the, meaning that it stood in the second rank of government supported shrines.

  • This shrine is incredible at what Kyoto City 900 number k, out of a modest 300 place? It is said that. At least in the top 50 will be taken for granted. It is so wonderful, worthy, good for the priest's shrine. Will fewer people go so maybe the edge of the city, little word of mouth???? Seasonal flowers are great, but also in other seasons alone DW is only the buildings of the highest class. Your neighborhood here, the temple is I is "good luck 厄払, victory garden, good match accomplishment amicably". Amulet good luck God deer clay bells and Mamoru come true, it was unique.
