Kamogawa River, Kyoto
(4.1/5 based on 400+ reviews on the web)
Get away from it all on the banks of Kamogawa River, a river flowing from the mountains northwest of the city, and running right through town. With areas of cherry blossoms, green banks, and bridges acting as meeting places for young lovers, the river provides a welcome and varied place to evade the crowds and listen to the flowing water. See how the river interacts with the city in the more developed areas, with its waters becoming central to a number of shrines and pleasant gardens. • Think that if you're watching the town a sense of walking along the Kamo River. Upstream of the cherry blossom trees, followed by residential and sports facilities, such as croquet and tennis. Takano River and the merchant has increased since the Maruta-machi from the city of Kyoto will show up. South of Sanjo is a tourist attraction. Around here is "behind the scenes" on the River, not to 'table' rooms design, envision people outside of Kyoto streets. Summer operation would be the barrel one.
