3.8/5 based on 120+ reviews on the web
Those who have romantic worries of all varieties might want to take a chance on Jisyu Shrine. Dubbed “the Cupid of Japan,” the shrine has served love-seekers for 1,300 years, allowing visitors to pray for help from various gods, either to fend off love rivals or increase the longevity of a current relationship. If you're seeking true love, however, you'll have to traverse the space between two magical "love stones" with your eyes closed. Legend has it that if you manage to find the second stone, placed 10 m (32.8 ft) from the first, your wishes for love will be granted. Jisyu Shrine is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our world travel planner, Kyoto Edition.

  • 地主神社很受女性歡迎,尤其是年輕女性。到這神社的人都是希望戀愛順利,好pure呀~對我來說最好的拍照地點不是能夠令戀愛運up的石頭,而是樓梯,超有文青感覺!
  • Kiyomizu-dera Temple and visit together. Famous as a romantic spot, many pious women and couples. Elsewhere, turned a blind eye to walk between the stone and enjoy love & romance. The shrine dedicated to love. Location at Kiyomizu-dera and a totally different atmosphere, feel the air of modernity.

  • It's cute, you get to see Japanese school girls and boys praying for love.
  • Should visit with your darling here and make a romantic wish together.
  • 京都地主神社
  • Shinto shrine dedicated to the love and the pairing, which has the distinction of being located inside the Kiyomizudera, which is a Buddhist temple. Perhaps best known are the "love rocks". You stand in one of them and you have to walk with eyes closed to the other. If you arrive without problem, you will find love soon. The worst, which is very very full of people, all together, and some parts are too commercial (to buy charms of all kinds and thus request the kamisama favors).
