  • Like the atmosphere of the restaurant to go to Kyoto and must stop. I went this time I went to the Kyoto Imperial Palace. Uji water at affordable prices are favorites of is surprisingly short shelf life, so mass buying attention is required. I bought many stalk tea specialties and roasted. Take a picture in front of the shop's shop are so nice!

  • Awesome teas & service. Went for the matcha "paste". Got a lesson in a few different teas. Definitely worth it.
  • Exquisite quality and service. The kuki sencha was delicious. I will return.
  • I was looking for Matcha powder for baking , thru email Ippodo Tea recommended me the perfect flavour well before I arrives in Kyoto. Finally visited the shop and staff were extremely professional in the knowledge of Matcha. A must bring home is the Matcha latte . Thanks you Ippodo Tea .
  • This shop is a jewel - very nice interior decoration, a tea room where you can taste their range of green tea's and friendly helpful staff. 👍🏻
  • If you are after a great place for tea, this is where you need to go. They have a shop in new York but not in Europe. Expensive but dedication to tea is impressive.
