  • A large kimono rental company which can serve many customers at the same time. They provide rental even to walk-in customers. The staff there are helpful and many of them can speak Mandarin and even Cantonese. It would be a wonderful experience to visit the shrines and temples of a historical cities in traditional costume.
  • There are around 4 floors here, you need to climb ups and downs to get all the clothes (layers) on. Staffs are friendly and some of the can speak Chinese. Wide range of choices. However, hair designed need to be booked and pay separately as it is not included.
  • Kimono rental staff super friendly and helpful. Photographer is professional and he knew all the locations for photos. Got the photos in 2 days. Excellent service.
  • Their Cantonese Staff in HK EXPO is not nice and impolite. Two stars for their Japanese staffs since they are very nice and helpful.
  • The staff was very helpful and professional, spoke most major languages. Took good care of us right from the registration, selection, changing up to the return. They have a very big selection of kimono, staff that helped to match obi belt. It was amazingly quick to complete dressing me. For people who wonder about kimono in winter, it is warm enough. We walked the whole day around Gion with average temperature of 7C. Such a wonderful experience.
