Kurume Hyakunen Park Reviews
... on a sunny, fine day with a picnic basket. Lots of beautiful flowers and spacious lawns for kids to run around freely while you get some sun. more »
Nice open area.
There is a large lawn, and there are various events, and it is quite crowded on the weekend. There is a parking lot in the distance, but it seems better to arrive early because there is a distance.
It is located along the Chikugo River, and in spring cherry blossoms and azaleas are beautiful parks. There is nothing special, but I think it is perfect for a leisurely stroll. There is Yume Town nearby, and there is a hot spring etc. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, so it's convenient. I think it's OK to take your lunch with you. I think that the garden which is quite large is well maintained, and the care of the flower bed etc. is well maintained.
