  • After closing all sights and museums we have remained a little daylight to stroll along the promenade for Yamato Museum. There is a terminal for ferries and on the horizon many different ships and shipyards where they are built.

  • Waterfront Park for Yamato Museum. Very beautiful place, you can watch the ships. There is a lot of interesting stuff. Also close to the submarine as a museum stands on the shore.

  • Incredible museum and the 26 meters long model od the ship is simply amazing. If you are a fan of Japanese navy or battleships in general, this museum is a must. Full of artefacts recovered from the wreckage, interesting diagrams and more. Don't forget to take a picture by the ship and see the wharf modelled by the Yamato's bow
  • Such a cool place! Love the models
  • Really worth going.
  • Very interesting site. The top-floor is especially interesting to explain kids about physics associated with navigation.
  • Ship came under the influence of this! Real's zero fighter also! It is vital to Admiral!
