  • A piece of history to not miss in this little city. A traditional house that you can visit, wandering in the rooms (without shoes), walking on the tatami, in the little garden. Sometimes some western ...  more »
  • A particularly beautiful and big house, with number of rooms, courtyards etc. Nicely decorated, you'll get a good idea how it used to be such a large house looked like. We came there to let us dress up in a kimono. You may choose from a number of ready laid kimonos and a lady helps you to attract the kimono (close properly, arms through the sleeves etc). It also makes the sash to and then the wide band around your waist. A range or parasol and you look beautiful. It was great fun to do.

  • It's a really lovely old traditional Japanese residence with very friendly staff who answer all questions and tell awesome stories about the place.
  • Truly great national important cultural property in your House. It is used as a venue for various events such as tastings of sake and Marche, effectively.
