  • From Jr Kurashiki station from street straight down to the South, ANI JI South intersection, the pharmacy is located. There turn right and go for a while. This building was built in 1796-1799, is provided in the important cultural asset in the country. Cultural assets into housing in, going up to the room, you can see that in the Kurashiki here just seems to be. And away from the bustling streets of Kurashiki River, a quiet atmosphere is amazing. Worth a look is. It is exactly the impression that Traditional Japanese Beauty. Show admission is ¥ 550, but I would say with tourist information of Kurashiki station becomes a ¥ 450. (And people over 65 years old, elementary school and junior high school students ¥ 350) where I went on a weekday morning in almost chartered status, we could see the gently. Sitting on the porch and relax watching the courtyard basking in the Sun by or has been. In addition, adorned in floral arrangements, is nice. Is this flower, I managed it seems are some yourself. Was very nice. Incidentally, there was a billboard "contact staff who are interested in a kimono" is in the back room, so our dress clothes. At the entrance a little there to sell souvenirs. Gone, real currency ("paper", "Silver tags" and "kanei tsuho") are sold as souvenirs. It is exhibited in the rice warehouse. Purchased to commemorate "kanei tsuho" strap. (¥ 350) or effigies of Chinese coins, so gifts from foreigners who love it? I thought. Is an important cultural asset, especially without subsidies from the city, so I'm all covered at Bridge House. That will repair by individuals, in pretty large burden. It is so great, because from this beautiful I want keep. I hope a few more tourists and gave them written word of mouth.

  • A very cool sight that was not crowded at all and very authentic. The gift shop there was very unique offering wares that you can't normally find in this kind of place. It was a super find even though we stumbled across it by accident.
  • very beautiful old merchant house, very well preserved. Feels just like you're going back in time
  • It's a really lovely old traditional Japanese residence with very friendly staff who answer all questions and tell awesome stories about the place.
  • Lovely place
  • Do facilities where you can feel free to touch things, relax into fact in the House are many tourist destinations are released from this Edo period Samurai House and merchants House, is quite valuable-and I think! Had a pretty fun experience! Had the wedding went in the morning, but in one of the living room done in the afternoon. Descriptive facilities are loved by locals and the heart most was lump was.
