Daisekirinzan, Kunigami-son
(4.6/5 based on 200+ reviews on the web)
Step on the first land to emerge from the depths of the ocean at Daisekirinzan, the northern tip of Okinawa. Dated at 200 million years old, this ancient piece of land boasts lush tropical fauna, punctuated by striking rock formations reminiscent of Godzilla's spined back. Four well-marked hiking trails around the park take you through various parts of the landscape. The shortest, a wheelchair-accessible boardwalk, leads you 600 m (1,968.5 ft) through forests of banyan trees. The other trails range in length up to 1.1 km (0.6 mi), and take you across the strange rock formations and to viewing points high above the coast--expect some modest climbing. Wear sturdy shoes and bring along some water. A cafe and facilities at the trailhead let you rest and refresh after exploring this evocative landscape. • I feel the majestic view of Earth history. Hey sorry I have managed so far. Name attached to the rock formations here and there's sense nothing is too (laughs)

  • Like the name was in the scenic wooded tropical trees of big limestone and Okinawa. In the rental car was found in the front if you go aiming at the northern end of Okinawa. Circles can be small 2 hours on foot, admission fee is required, but down in the parking lot. Okinawa jungle (a mysterious tree trees grow from the top down, we visited the southern region.

  • Course will be healed, but far from the Naha airport, three-course, but if we all win and want. Guide it is also recommended to ask for it! If you go anyway, here it is recommended to look at nobi district falls and Okinawa rail and Hedo (close). I feel colder than the Naha city ❗ ️
