Take the Gozaisho ropeway, the highest and oldest ropeway in Japan, or hike on the rugged slopes of Gozaisho-dake. Set amid Suzuka Quasi-National Park, the mountain provides sweeping views and hides many natural beauties on its steep slopes. You can take the ropeway, which runs for 2 km (1.2 mi) and peaks at 1,220 m (4,002 ft), or you can hike, crossing many streams and boulders as you go. At the mountain's summit, you'll find a ski resort with a cafe, restrooms, and hot springs, making for a great way to end your hike.   • Top of Mt. gozaisho climbed back trails from the town. It is still crowded in ropeway, gozaisho peak, next to kunimi-Dake is just a little distance.
