  • I visit the shrine yesterday and it was better than I expected. The people were friendly, awesome and there were a lot of foreigners there.
  • I visited Tagata Shrine during its annual fertility festival, which is a;ways a fantastic little party. The people are so friendly, and there's an amazing atmosphere there that's never been matched, imo.

  • The 'penis' festival every March 15 is a sight to behold, with penis shaped foods and giant 200+kg penises to idolise, it doesn't get much more uniquely Japanese than this.
