Religious Site Tourist Spot
Dedicated to an enshrined 16th-century samurai, Takeda Shrine offers blessings to samurai warriors who gather here for the annual samurai parade. With some 1,000 cherry blossom trees, the shrine features a large "kagure," a Shinto theatrical dance outlet featuring occasional performances, and a carp pond where you can feed the fish. You can also spot black-crowned night herons in the garden. A small museum inside the shrine features Takeda Shingen’s weapons, armor, colorful battle standards, and other personal belongings. You can also see Kamakura-period sword, listed as a national treasure, on display at the shrine, which sits eight minutes from Kofu station by bus or taxi. • lots of cherry trees along day from Kofu station. its a good 30 min walk up the hill but its really nice in spring. there is a nice view from the gate downhill (a cherry tree avenue) and across the city.
  • Beautiful shrine and surrounding area. Nice to walk around and take lots of photos!
  • Well kept, ample spaces to walk around, beautiful cherry trees.
  • In fact are combined into a compact but why broadband-go shrine feeling (* ́ω ' *) development environment and feels nice. Embroidered with nokyo-sho book here in the black armor Shingen. Type nokyo-sho itself also can be charged directly and hundreds have two separate types onimaru San cutout is printed together. Is very cool (* ≧ ∀ ≤ *)-might free environment aside.

  • Old 躑躅ヶ崎 House ruins. Not greater than I thought. The museum traces left moat, Ishigaki and old well. Many foreigners come and shoot. Main left Takeda "suikinkutsu" bamboo on the ears and more... than the soothing sound of the cockecocko sounds of birds in deaf to all but (laughs) "Kou Yang Moo Noh Hall" is beautiful. More "features" appreciation society is. Admission is expensive as it is.
