Kofu Castle, Kofu

Castle
Take a leisurely stroll around the 16th-century remains of Kofu Castle, once a formidable castle, now a park, commonly used by locals for relaxing and walking. Following the original castle's abandonment in 1877, the government dismantled the historic site bit by bit until 1930. Today a plethora of plaques around the park give you an idea of what the castle once looked like by explaining where old castle features such as walls and doors stood. You can still find some of the original walls and steps, particularly around the outskirts of the site, however mostly flat green grassy patches and newly built footpaths remain. • It is also known as Maizuru Castle Park. Away from Kofu station and eye and nose, I get off quick. Admission is free of charge. From Inari-Tower is the best.

  • This castle is from Kofu station so close I didn't know. Visited a warm cheerful duo girls spread the cloth and ate lunch. Very comfortable, excellent.

  • From Kofu station 5-lower body is weak because it is close enough so feel free to visit the large and extremely clean. May also click here to visit good will as a free Museum in the Castle as well as as far as I can afford at the time.

  • Great view of Kofu
  • From the JR side (North side) isn't large stone walls and the top views from the South side, but do not know the goodness and the gravestone is impressive. In the Castle area is well maintained and the redevelopment is still cluttered with Showa larder Kofu station near to the atmosphere, cold air. Plum Book 20 in the North around the South's cherry blossom. Worth a stopover if you have time, stop it.

  • 上面視野遼闊,花季來很漂亮,西南出口有公車可以接武田神社(班次半小時)城內台階過高須小心
  • Overlooking the city surrounded and climb the stone remains in the castle with castle ruins, walk a fine distant Mt. head out green. A fine temple's-what is feeling. I felt suddenly hilarious views on when there was no central line trains on a mixed static and dynamic scene.
