  • Famous Tetsujin 28-go "that attracts people, but said either enjoy as children. Playground fun, I've been playing.

  • 大鐵人座落一個地區小公園旁,坐JR 或地鐵再走10分鐘便到。大鐵人是該區標記,就連街燈也做到大鐵人嘅頭象。附近沒有大商場或商店,行程預算30~45分鐘便可。
  • Japan will have many cartoon characters, and symbols, and where there are the Kobe puppet No. 28 as a Memorial. Not difficult to ride the train. A little to the desired mark.

  • Fan of robots? This is a must-go then. To visit the giant robot statue (and pose with it), stop at the Shin-Nagata station. The staff manning the gates are probably used to all the foreigners asking about the giant robot because our guy was able to point us in the direction of a map mural even as we started to ask him where it was.
  • Please be informed that it is currently under maintenance. 😱
  • 18 Meters high, life-size statue of Tetsujin 28 go~~~ 鉄人28号 as we know it! Originally a creation of Mitsuteru Yokohama (1934~2004), creator of Giant Robo as well, published in Kobunsha's Shonen magazine from July 1956 to May 1966. Dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the Great Hanshin earthquake, this robot was erected in 2010 as a protective figure, as well as part of a plan to encourage tourism to the victim of earthquake, city of Kobe.. It's rather tricky to find out where to look for if you don't know the location as the statue is surrounded by tall shopping mall buildings. Look for Wakamatsu Park near Shin-Nagata Station (JR & Seishin-Yamate). It's only 4 JR stops away from Sannomiya Station. It'd be a good picture-taking, kinda nostalgic spot if you're in and around Kobe area, and especially if you've seen the original comics and stuffs.
  • Let the children play, parents slowly relaxed.
