  • I visited 1:00 PM. Still everybody lacking fee free attraction is unable to so. I see Kobe port Tower also mosaic. Bill follows the island seem so speaking of charm and night view of the Harbour, and in recent years many the impression that is. After the Tower went well affordable there of course. Both sides are restaurant so free was the only North and South sides.

  • Kobe City Hall view lobby. Enjoy a free night view of Kobe. Height of high-rise 132m Kobe City Hall building No. 1 (main office) located on the 24th floor of the Observatory lobby free of charge. Ireland and the southern ports of Meriken Park, and North of the Kitano, enjoy a spectacular view of Mt. Rokko. The lobby is on the one hand, the Kobe's tourism, a small exhibition space and related international relations rest corner is also available. However, poems such as internal lighting narrow Windows as not a little Downer part of the observation deck. Mon-Fri from 08:15 to 22:00. Sat-Sun and public holidays 10:00 to 22:00. Closed during the year-end and new year holiday. Free of charge.
