Kawasaki Good Times World, Kobe

4.3
Absorb over 100 years of engineering history at Kawasaki Good Times World, a museum dedicated to the Kawasaki Heavy Industries Group. Learn how the company has conquered a wide variety of environments by utilizing a plethora of technologies, from the deep sea to land, air, and space. Here you'll see examples of a vast range of vehicles and technologies, including trains, motorbikes, helicopters, and robots, with many of them open to explore internally and sit inside. You'll also have the opportunity to buy company-related items that can't be found anywhere else in the gift shop. • We went in a large group of about 20 people, ain't no good. Was a small image is wider than I thought, relaxing. Of experience include the stop time and time zone are flirting? At least I thought.

  • Located in the Ocean Museum, it's fantastic, I really like it here and feel more interesting than the Ocean Museum itself, all kinds of simulators, and performance motorcycles, fantastic! I'll come if I have a chance!

  • Could have focused more on the motorcycles though I understand the need for the company to illustrate its entire range of engineering products and prowess. Parts of the museum were a little tacky (a bike simulator that you can't counter steer in!) But glad I got to take a photo on a Ninja!
  • Smallish museum, but very cool exhibits. Didn't realize Kawasaki had such a broad scope of engineering projects. There are some nice model exhibits of motorcycles/trains/helicopters/etc you can get into and the little theater shows some pretty interesting videos. We got a combined pass that allows you to go up the Kobe Port Tower to the observation deck which we highly recommend. The view of the harbor is stunning from up there.
  • Located in the same building with Kobe Maritime Museum. It is a small kawasaki museum, I thought there were more exhibit
  • Located in Meriken Park the Kawasaki Museum is a fun place for families and kids. It's fairly small and doesn't take a great deal of time to pass through the exhibits, but the bullet train and model trains are always a hit with children. Definitely worth a visit if you're a motorcycle enthusiast.
  • The classic bullet train and helicopter displays were a bit with the kids. The motorcycle display was also a must see.
