  • It is fun just to walk the buildings of Tadao Ando building, without looking at the exhibition. However, Gallery exit stairwells are tough on people's fear of heights. Suppose in the elevator, so don't look down along the wall are okay. Exhibition with elaborate exhibits that, I feel the sense of curator.

  • In the summer, Ryo Inoue. I the went to see the movie. I think it is great that had become a "frightening picture", "Bhutan", two special exhibitions are also held, but maybe it's because it's summer vacation time, children from Grandpa to 3 g all enjoy, such as balance. A lot of people were gathering on weekdays could.

  • Nice place to see art. The permanent collection is mostly oil paintings. inspiring. No cameras/photos allowed.
  • State museum located 10 min from Hanshin Iwaya station. Museum architecture designed by Tadao Ando. Very minimalistic structure is beautiful but rather hard to navigate. The museum brings major but often eccentric exhibitions.
  • Depends largely on the current exhibition- if it interests you, that's great. But the permanent works are alright~ space is not huge. But the journey there is quite scenic.
  • Permanent collection is really good. Museum itself is an awesome example of Ando architecture. Staff are a bit over the top strict about use of smartphones (just to take notes!)
  • Beautiful temporary collections by Susumu Shingu
