Observe the process of sake production at Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum, an old brewery now refurbished into a major tourist attraction. Realistic mannequin dolls and real tools and equipment vividly display the process of making Japan's most popular national drink. Every stage is depicted in detail, and the amount of work and passion put into the exhibits is clearly visible here. The self-guided tour ensures you go at your own pace, while highly educative videos in English narrate the history of the former brewery. At the end of the tour, stop by the tasting room to try some sake and purchase a few drinkable souvenirs for all the folks back home. With our international travel planner, Kobe attractions like Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum can be center stage of your vacation plans, and you can find out about other attractions like it, unlike it, near it, and miles away.
