  • Wonderful and informative museum, with a free tasting of selected sake and liqueurs. A great gift shop with easy to understand sweet/dry and fullbodied/light scales. Fantastic service which included additional tasting samples of 2 sakes I was choosing between. Plus you get tax free (8%) if you shop for over 5400 yen and present your passport.
  • Great place if you are interested in how sake is made and taste various types. Very informative, videos in English and qr codes with extra descriptions. Takes 30 minutes to go round the place. I was on Saturday, place was not busy at all. And it's free.
  • Really great museum. You can see a lot of replica's and examples plus the information, also available in English, is very good. Best museum in the Kobe tour.

  • Very informative and educational videos in English about how sake is made. The soft served cream is tasty, too. The store attendants there told us it taste even better to pour some plum wine on it. And, it is in fact pretty awesome. One of the limited edition sake is only available in this location.
