Arima Onsen, Kobe
(4.3/5 based on 650+ reviews on the web)
Take a dip in one of Japan’s oldest bathhouses, Arima Onsen, a hot spring resort in a scenic mountain setting. Mentioned in documents for the past millennium, the resort offers two public bathhouses and a number of inns that feature baths for non-staying visitors. Explore the small town, check out the hot springs museum, or sample cookies made with mountain spring water. Have a traditional onsen experience and bathe in two types of hot spring waters: the “gold,” which is rich in salt and iron, and the “silver,” which contains radium and carbonate. Put Arima Onsen at the forefront of your travel plans using our Kobe vacation trip planner.

  • Stop off at Arima Onsen several times. But it does not stay. An excellent day trip, and your reputation. But this time was half-mixed Imperial Bou exotic bath looking for wet and abandoned. Golden and Silver Springs enjoyed the tour. "This is in ARIMA hot spring, Brown iron smell like body diameter is likely. Cannot verify the foam and carbon dioxide, while Silver Spring, however, thoroughly soaked, was increasing. ARIMA have nice restaurants and cafes (the Geisha) to reach a hill. Eating good food, culture, moderate exercise, good hot laps, taking the fatigue of travel and enjoy ourselves one day. You want to stay yuruseba your wallet, that is.

Felt was devised after a disaster recovery situation, unexpectedly several types of "dashing boy", was also a way to enjoy. Enjoyed the holiday, was a day trip, but on the way back slowly for the hot water.
