(3.9/5 based on 140+ reviews on the web)
Explore different aspects of Japanese culture and admire over 600 cherry trees at Asukayama Park. In cherry blossom season, the park offers an enchanting range of rose-colored branches. For art lovers, the three museums inside the park give a glimpse into Japan's artistic traditions, such as the paper museum. If you visit during the time of a workshop, you can participate in origami-making. As for the kids, a few playgrounds provide space for them to have a go on a slide, or climb the two railway vehicles found in the park. • In my opinion this is the most beautiful park in Tokyo when it comes to hanami observation. Especially when the flower petals are falling, there is an amazing atmosphere over there.
  • Very nice park with good attraction for kids...tend to be a bit crowded
  • A spacious park with water features etc. Popular place for local families on hot weekends. Nice relaxed place.
  • Love this playground very much. There are many slides and museums. And it's easy to get there.
  • I visited at late night in autumn and many facilities look old and out-dated. Maybe it would be better during a sunny daytime.
