  • Watch out when you walk around the iZoo. There are reptiles crawling on the ground. The most exciting part is touching the snake and lizard. You can also feed the tortoises.  more »
  • A hands-on Zoo only, and various reptiles such as tortoises and chameleons were pastured in the Park. Also, I think not bad once they go because there are reptile found only in iZOO. Car, go visit is recommended.

  • It is from the kawazu town on the way to Shimoda, left the building. This iZoo is landmarks in the neighborhood and often directs people along the road. I think dying love for amphibians and reptiles. I think people who are outgoing from time to time appearance have raised and over so visit regularly. Creatures of this kind. So, is not included in the spring and are seen especially large number of visitors during the summer.

Where to stay in Kawazu-cho

Several accommodation options lie in or near Kawazu-cho, with a couple of hotels situated near the main train station, nestled in the surrounding mountains, or lining the coast. Since visitors usually make a day-trip to Kawazu-cho from Tokyo, lodgings are not plentiful in the town itself, but you can find cozy Japanese ryokans, traditional minshukus (bed and breakfasts), as well as a couple of onsen resorts.
