  • Duplicate frame most nothing swagger aside, many Dinosaur Hall is a sight to see. Typical theropod dinosaurs t-Rex as well as systemic skeletal specimens, barking robot box in animatronics. Never grow tired of looking at. Dragon plate infraorder apatosaurus is a big one. Representatives of the Fukui fukuiraptor are robots made skeleton. I wonder if will become a colorful appearance each conventional appearance shape of the street is the future grows down. Anyway, only in this Hall exhibits, such as one hour flies immediately. Dinosaur cartoons will be screened in the Hall for elementary schools low grades. Kinda hard on adults. Also how, such as the origin of the Earth becomes 50 minutes between screenings. Transportation will mostly cars, Echizen's useful because there is bus from Katsuyama station. Take the direct bus takes less than 15 minutes? Train and bus connections as well, so easy to use. Echizen ticket 2120 Yen train one day round trip bus ticket and the Dinosaur Museum, and admission was set. Dinosaur Museum and Temple eihei is millet et al would be quite reasonable if as long as arm plans, such as hot springs.

  • Drop in tojinbo way back ate the fried tofu in Fukui Prefecture, or the Dinosaur Museum staff is here to the right. Loved the spectacular dinosaur specimens, and exhibit number, children enjoy observing corner pretty. Would be great for my 3-year-old son is a little scary, but elementary school students take. With such large creatures were here long before I had the deep emotion.

  • There are numerous samples of real dinosaur skeletons. Famous dinosaur specimens from dinosaur found in Fukui, children as well as adults can enjoy. Value number from Fukui City train about 1 hour from exposure to the shuttle and move because the time it takes to go is.

  • Do you like dinosaurs? Do you like escalators? Do you like pretending you're a dinosaur capable of using escalators? Then you'll love the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum! But seriously, if you've somehow found yourself in Fukui and are the least bit interested in dinosaurs (even reptiles - even animals), then this place is worth checking out.
  • Great place for kids and families! But not so much for me. Not so far from Eiheiji temple.
  • Great for the kids, can rent translation devices if you need them.
  • It gets quite crowded but the exhibits are well worth it. The robotics brought the place to life. It's a good 2-3 hour visit depending on how much reading you do.
  • Totally exceeded my expectations. Try to avoid weekends, holidays, or Obon season to avoid substantial crowds. There is even enough English to learn quite a bit about the natural history of Japan in general and Fukui in specific.
