  • I not afraid of small children in feeling very fresh and bright hotel. The staff who come in three generations. Voice guide was for kids, so small it with 3 daughters and listened closely. Explanations easier to understand, it seems fun. Moving dinosaurs, video, especially the dinosaur's corner, like an independent show in about 3 hours, but. Fukui sightseeing spots, such as the child is not, and here it is, contrary to enjoy!

  • Fukui City from about 40 minutes by car. See dome shines silvery in Katsuyama city. It's the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum. Led by a giant sculpture in the parking lot to the entrance of the Museum. Tickets is 700 yen for adults. Student discount Ali. Free for over 70 years. By the way Fukui's public museum and art gallery, in most 70-year-old is available free of charge. Entrance and soon going down the escalator and went straight into the B1F. The route goes up while watching the 1F, 2F, 3F and exhibitions with exhibits. Exhibition Hall, the skeletons are, of course, things and have fun like a Jurassic Park. It is like the dinosaur help. In addition, exhibit Museum is unusual, and not under copyright photos and video photography there is no limit, so you can shoot. However, may be afraid of small children. There were kids down the escalator and toddler crying actually, although reluctant to. Fun dinosaur world, please visit our.

  • Do you like dinosaurs? Do you like escalators? Do you like pretending you're a dinosaur capable of using escalators? Then you'll love the Fukui Prefectural Dinosaur Museum! But seriously, if you've somehow found yourself in Fukui and are the least bit interested in dinosaurs (even reptiles - even animals), then this place is worth checking out.
  • Great place for kids and families! But not so much for me. Not so far from Eiheiji temple.
  • Great for the kids, can rent translation devices if you need them.
  • It gets quite crowded but the exhibits are well worth it. The robotics brought the place to life. It's a good 2-3 hour visit depending on how much reading you do.
  • Totally exceeded my expectations. Try to avoid weekends, holidays, or Obon season to avoid substantial crowds. There is even enough English to learn quite a bit about the natural history of Japan in general and Fukui in specific.
