  • Maeda family in feudal period, managed to build in this area a large number of temples and the district takes the name of Tera-machi meaning "city of temples". The most important we've photographed along the main road lined with the typical sloping roofs and are embellished by ancient trees. The others are spread out over a total area of 22000 square meters and their construction is between 8 and 17th century. Don't miss this opportunity to walk at random in the streets of this old part of the city as you see in the photos that I attach.
