Kenrokuen Garden, Kanazawa
(4.4/5 based on 3,200+ reviews on the web)
Explore the natural scenery and nooks and crannies in Kenrokuen Garden, a sprawling park that once served as the outer gardens of Kanazawa Castle. Ponds, bridges, and teahouses punctuate the grounds, full of blossoming trees and walking trails. Look for Japan's oldest fountain, which operates via natural water pressure, and for Flying Geese Bridge, made of eleven individual stones that mimic geese flying in formation. A pedestrian way outside the garden's paid entrance is lined with picturesque shops and restaurants. • During their visit in Kanazawa excursion bus from Station 15 minutes rain light snow changed to freezing cold. Attractions in Kanazawa sound heard. Same direction bad things too large if it rotates slowly over time and was writing a guidebook or likely to fall on the sidewalk around many times, and several doorways because exit is a muddy in the rain and snow and had a wander around a lot. I have finished exploring the still hour, but apparently isn't going to look like, not. But never mind cold too much again and called it tourism. EH? , Has no sense of direction is very well understood and 6 garden thoughts is what? I'm sorry. On a vast site planting lots of trees, ponds and numerous attractions, the three garden counted from that like was. In earnest just after little early autumn and I think more beautiful if you kiss the snow.

  • I'm not sure how interesting it is on a rainy day, but we had good weather and it was great. We were literally in it for hours, there's so much to do and see!
