It seems born to Maeda family culture into the forces that aligned with the Museum. I would think would get tired after climbing the mountain in Kanazawa Castle located on a hill, so come and walk around.

JR Hokuriku around it facilities you can enter in the path, so we entered. And rose up the Hill a little, let's go into the walk-in, it seems. The room is divided into several, more exhibition was very impressive. I mean, the number of exhibits many takes longer than you think, too. Also, Ishikawa traditional handicrafts such as also many exhibits, wajima lacquer ware and Kaga Yuzen dyeing as well as there was a lot of crafts. Sitting a little bit in the Middle, I wanna see the rest slowly.

Very aesthetically set up museum. Small collections in large airy light spaces. Wonderful cafe worth a bit of a long wait to get in

Not bad, but a bit depressing since no one is there

A multi century tour of local artists working in a variety of different styles (ranging from crafts to sculpture to Western oil painting). Relaxing, spacious facility with lots of rest areas and very few tourists make it a good casual afternoon.

Museum is not amazing, but the café next to eat has super delicious cakes.

Where to stay in Kanazawa

The well-preserved castle town of Kanazawa has a good range of accommodations, with the most popular among them sitting in tall modern blocks overlooking the historical areas of town, or the more commercial parts. Look to the west of the castle grounds for some particularly well-positioned options, offering urban views, spas, pools, and restaurants. North-west from here, close to the main train station, you'll find a good selection of slightly simpler options in tall blocks, while the residential districts across the city house simple guesthouses and the odd hostel.
