  • Make sure you hit the restaurants before going through immigration as there are hardly any restaurants in here! There are a lot of duty free stores though.  more »
  • This is a very nice airport with a lot of shops and restaurants. I had to be there 6 hours between two flights and I wasn't bored at all. Massages. Restroom. Restaurants. Shops. Do I need to say more?...  more »

  • Nice, big, clean. Friendly staff at Terminal 2 (Peach). Not a loot of shops or restaurants though in Terminal 2. Have to go to domestic terminal to eat. Terminal 1 has more international flights and a lot more shops and restaurants inside. Can't check in earlier than 2 hours before flight in Terminal 2 (Peach aviation). So if you're early you'll have to wait in check- in area where there are limited seats and nothing much to do . Plan accordingly your arrival.
  • Everything is fine except that the queue to clear departure security screening is too long and took over 40 minutes , in both the two occasions i flew from here. could have more counters for such a huge Airport. If you have enough time, try the free shuttle bus trip to the observation deck. The view is worth a visit.
  • If you like to be stranded on an island all night long because of some rain, this is your airport! If you like no communication whatsoever, English or Japanese alike, this is your airport! If you like one taxi and bus per hour once the bridge reopens, this is your airport! Honestly this was the absolute worst airport I have ever visited. All I needed was to get across the bridge to my hotel, yet there was no information about it at all. Passengers were left totally in the dark, sleeping on metal benches. I understand inclement weather, but having absolutely no communication or effort to get people off the island is inexcusable.
  • The facilities are decent and the shopping experience is good. The food is good too. But it is very cramped and crowded. The que for the departure and the immigration is long and takes more than 2hours. Needs expansion.
  • Pleasant on arrival. Free Wi-Fi was great, charging stations and vending machine at departure halls. The immigration scanning was troublesome though, I was in and out of that body scanner for 4 times before am finally cleared, had to remove every single jewelry on me đŸ˜‚
