Over the bumpy road in a rental car. Extends the landscape looked good during the earthquake. Compared to earlier street photography, the photo took place have posted several pieces so it can see the changes in the city. Still looks of ishinomaki. It is a place you visit when you come to the ishinomaki.

The leg of the journey back to ishinomaki station, down the steep slope of the station side arrived at the Park at the Summit and climbed the steep stone steps from the sea. It is steep stone steps, if is a good idea because if you go down the fear of heights cringe feet. In April the cherry blossoms are in full bloom at that time! Many blossoms were gathering. Excellent views of the sea from the top. Up and down is steep, but tired, arrived, spectacular gift is waiting. Worth the climb is. Roadway connecting the train station and the mountain slope is very steep. Manual car drivers who pay close attention, please climb. It is tough.

Nice to see the sunrise. There is a little shop staff and beautiful views. Consider parking if you go by car but very crowded new year's day because it is good.

During the earthquake, became an important refuge. However, no facilities to keep out the cold in this park. Also, have to climb a lot of stairs to evacuate from coastal damage was severe, with single-stage height is higher. Climb stairs but not old Eva is. Closer to the sea and still stand on the observation deck, often in a vacant lot with nothing on hand. Residents Center overlooking the Park from the certain chance after the disaster, and I, incorporating a pilgrimage tour to travel at this time. Directly listening to the stories of the victims, covering the story and spectacle of the real, I felt really painful. I think here is as great as the Park. When edge is cherry trees and enjoy hanami and all. Also, I would like to visit.

The Park is situated on a hill in the town and provides an overview of the coast that was hit by the Zunami in 2011. Through the attached pictures as the city previously looked has has only started one of what must have taken place for a destruction here. The park itself is nicely designed with cherry trees and other green plants.
