  • Cannot extend the runway previously was in the city. Make the city was reclaimed from the sea, but residents objected. There using, it was made to just shut down ANA's golf course in those days. From conception 30 years now, non-stop flights from Tokyo flying in 787. Wi-fe to use in a Starbucks near the lounge is not.

  • Because the new airport is a beautiful airport. Floor observation deck is so very not this feature off, but in the evening sunset was beautiful.

  • This time I found when I came last time, we didn't. Passage between Starbucks and ANA's advance to the runway side and on the left hand side is the 4th floor elevator that best fit the timing of take-off or landing

  • A small airport. Major facilities are located at the domestic terminal area. International terminal area is very small.
  • Love airports where the domestic terminal is even bigger than the international one. Clean, efficient, staff polite. For last minute shopping or a quick bite, head to the domestic terminal next doors.
  • Newly located airport. Clean and pleasant. But a bit far from the city center.
  • Great airport. Clean efficient and the staff at the information center speak perfect English and are just SO helpful!!!
  • All souvenirs in domestic airport!! International there just have check in!

Where to stay in Ishigaki

The greatest abundance of accommodations on Ishigaki sit in the city of the same name. Lining the island's south coast, a number of high-rise hotels and resort-style options provide standard to luxury rooms and additional facilities, including restaurants, spas, and pools. Budget-conscious travelers will want to check out the "minshukus" (hostels with private and dormitory-style rooms), generally located in the city, but on streets further back from the sea. The northern coast of the island has its fair share of accommodations too, following the same rules as the south, but without the same breadth of choice.
