  • It is near the old airport. Is the remains of the runway could not be extended because this site had a historical value. Is entered from the root on the north side of the road. I think no tourists, but off the beaten path destinations.

  • Oyake akahachi involving traditional and interest from the time that we visited. Many have excavated weapons according to the local information board, lay the stone fort in private homes or other reasons here gusuku in most likely seems to be. Mitake's presence there in the village so shall in proof of the Castle. However, the possibility had become oyake akahachi Fort in the center of the village completely cannot be denied seems to be.

  • Archaeological site known as the residence of the powerful clan had ruled the Ishigaki Island in the 14th century and oyake akahachi. Has several monuments, such as the ruins of a castle surrounded by a stone wall, still restore appearance in the middle of work. Oyake akahachi, SHURI King now is the pride of the island's leaders yearned to residents will be destroyed by the Government. Person who has become a spiritual pillar in ohama villages especially in the ruins. In the Park near the statue is standing.
