  • Does not have a particular expertise now has to go on watching Japan garden is not like you. Because it was expected, entrance fee is 1000 yen is quite high, so I was disappointed. I think tea and the tea cake on the set seems reasonable about 1000 yen. Snow with snow from the previous day, and at the very least it is what salvation is. Japan garden of love and Earth Expo Park then went personally (free) is good. Was purchased a ticket with Inuyama Castle and is still pretty lost.

  • Uraku-En is a Japanese garden within the Meitetsu Inumaru Hotel property. The garden was named after one of the great tea celemony masters, Oda Urakusai, brother of Oda Nobunaga. The tea house in the ...  more »

No impressive buildings such as the national treasure Teahouse "nyoan" does not feel beautiful, and much good thought. But exactly pick up the fall foliage season, it was really beautiful. To enjoy the beauty of autumn leaves.

  • Beautiful garden. You can have tea and okashi after the tour.
  • Visited with my Japanese teenagers. This is a nice garden, matcha was good. Not sure on the designation as one of the best tea houses in Japan from 20 years here, but everything was fine enough. I will recommend to procurers to not assume every non-Japanese visitor can't understand the native language, and to at least check(!) first whether or not they speak English. Maybe even more importantly: treat all guests the same, as in don't hand cash directly between our hands when you use a dish for Japanese customers. Trying to help sensibilities for "omotenashi" while helping my kids understand why we'll always be treated different and why.. So. Just treat everyone the same eh. Then I can recommend to other bicultural families 😊.
  • This is a very beautiful traditional Japanese garden, also known as one of the three most important historical Japanese garden in Japan. There are English introductions, and you can first visit the Inuyama castle, buy a package fir the castle and this garden, and it'll be a little cheaper to visit both. Additional 600 yen for matcha and okashi, worth it.
  • Nice garden with guides that can speak basic English. Pricey.
  • Picturesque tea house and garden. We got complimentary tickets from the adjacent hotel that we were staying at (Meitetsu).
