  • If it can be 15 to 20-minute walk from the train station you want to go by car away. Was the weekday I visited, but was just a fall foliage season so it was crowded with lot of people. Trees are very beautiful do not inadvertently pictures you want to take is it! then please come and walk in the back lot lined with jizo. I'm overlooking the beautiful valley.

  • I visited the 11/10 too early. I felt I timing is very difficult. Jakko Cafe, a little disappointed so far asked to shop. "Leaves from tomorrow begins the Festival up to (12/10). "" But the foliage at its peak? "" This year, perhaps 20, will. "" Every year at this time do? "" More or less. "I have offered only at their own convenience and do not reflect very eager. Information about public transportation. To jakko, most go by car, parking on the parking lot (is usually free at 50 degrees is the ending that leaves here or area would be paid in some cases). And would be distributed around the autumn season and of course become a full. Was near Meitetsu Monkey Park North parking lot in full must brace itself for the high (1000 yen was on a fall season). Just car parking of the Kiso River on the opposite bank of the Inuyama unuma but (Internet required). Because I'm a walking school (which was fine), walked 2 km 30 min from Meitetsu Inuyama-yūen station. Fine and healthy and even if good walking from the train station. If you walk by taxi in less than 10 minutes get (required mark because the buses from this station Meitetsu specified weekends of the season). Jakko? That was originally the venerable Temple. Maple Temple said that the 654 years and older. Also in the Temple have the edge of Kobo Daishi or Nobunaga and maybe that's why. Here are extremely steep with 320 on the floor. Want to say what happens to care for children or legs, but also one way he carved relief in the lift take you if you pay 200 yen. View from the observation tower there is a statue of Kobo-Daishi is very good. It in this lovely stone and short quotations monument and a good reputation. Stone starting a coffee shop, which sells bottles to drink such as tea and coffee. But crowded in the peak of the fall foliage also said to want to visit.

Where to stay in Inuyama

Inuyama doesn't possess a huge amount of places to stay, but what it does have tends toward more upmarket options. Some showpiece hotels sit by the river, offering commanding views as it flows past town. Hotels range from Western in style to traditionally Japanese, but are always modern and well-maintained. Elsewhere in town, you'll find a set of simpler hotels close to the train station, as well as the odd budget-friendly hostel, although spaces in the latter remain very limited, so reserve your place in advance.
