  • This fun little museum is about half an hour out of Osaka. It's a free museum and you can make a custom Ramen cup and choose the filling for 300 yen. Lots of fun for young and old.
  • It is not a big museum but had fun creating your own instant cup noodle, it will cost you 300 yen do get one, they will give you an empty cup and you will be seated to start decorating your cup and on...  more »

  • If you've ever been to the Coke Museum in Atlanta, this is kind of like that.... only with ramen! The museum is hokey, but you do get to design a personal cup ramen, where you can pick the ingredients and draw your own images on the cup. It's really a novelty, but it is free. The tourist shop is fairly expensive. Not a bad place to visit and fairly easy to travel to, but nothing too special.
  • Go early beat the school kids rush! Making your own noodles is fun. If you're Australian avoid adding the meat options to get it through customs.
  • Nissin museum is a lot of fun for about an hour or two; best part is the "make your unique taste and design your cup". It's a true 7-77 activity for families, especially with young children. When in the area, take the time visiting it.
  • Had much more fun than expected. Very cool learning about instant Ramen history but best part was making your own. 300 yen only, closes 30 mins before close. Audio guide available in all languages for free. Definitely worth a visit!
  • The main draw here is making your own Cup Noodle and you'll probably see plenty of people with their Cup Noodle air packages as you walk towards the museum. Fun for all ages as you design your cup(s), choose your ingredients and seal in air packages. Staff are friendly and well organised.
