Genbi-kei, Ichinoseki
(4/5 based on 120+ reviews on the web)
Hike along a ravine, then put some money in a reeling basket to order tea and sweet rice dumplings from across a rocky river gorge at Genbi-kei. Beguiling with its elegance and size, the ravine throbs with huge amounts of rushing water. Cross a vertiginous suspension bridge and reach an inn famous for its steamed buns, serving as a good pit stop and an attraction in its own right. The area provides excellent views of eroded rock and swirling water. Worth an hour-long detour if you are already in the area, the gorge can be easily accessed by bus from a nearby temple built into a cliff. By using our Ichinoseki travel itinerary planner, you can arrange your visit to Genbi-kei and other attractions in Ichinoseki.

  • One, is a Valley located in Seki. Quartz andesite rock waterfalls and river flow, which has eroded canyons, often changing landscape is attractive. You can, not just from the top of the bridge Pavilion is located in the Valley just around the corner, see. 30-minute walks are pleasant walking. Just recently "sky flying balls" of it is kinda sad that many tourists go home, eating only the ball without looking at the Gorge is famous for the beautiful.

  • Sky could not eat, as was sometimes visited the flying dango is unfortunately already sold out good 10 minutes but still beautiful scenery. I around round up and Kana in place to walk around, walk that walk around so fairly slowly, attentiveness, but so long as I thought. It is only small park place. It was just the place that you have purchased in the shop are over a certain amount (I think I had about 500 yen), parking is pretty much around the parking will be free. Furatto stops visitors near the baths close to Station Road, so that I think is a good place.

  • Empty yan beauty Valley Park's famous flying dango the most point of view is nice from cou to place see the bridge circuit. You can watch from the rocks and potholes are a lot of angles. Millionaire at the upper falls bridge is a bit away so go in the car would be better. By the way, Sahara glass Park on yan beauty River Park is free parking.
