Such a lovely place. Well worth a visit, stunning scenery and so tranquil. All info is in Japanese but that doesn't matter, just soak up the atmosphere and enjoy.  more »

Immediately back of the main sea. Incredible feeling standing quietly, but pushing out the power from the sea front. On a weekday afternoon was visited. No other worshippers, enters the ear sound except the sound of sea waves, cicadas. At Pebble, ryujin and Sun o目nikakaremashita on the good things.

Demon's washing rock is famous shrine of the distinctive landscape facing the open sea, said coast of Miyazaki, but surprised that same Miyazaki in different aspect shrines around our coast. With the spirit of the Dragon God is right next to the Pebble "big in Japan" that its exudes a sacred atmosphere. You can visit elderly people well away from the parking lot, so no up and down stairs in the shrine. I never read the Kojiki and Nihonshoki Japan Emperor jinmu conquests at safe place and voyage by this great God prayed, has been reported. Even "myth of Miyazaki" in or will be in place.

Large sacred company (oomijinnja) is located in hyuga city, Miyazaki Prefecture. Known as ISE and hyuga. Climb the stairs from the parking lot. It's a splendid shrine of shinmei. Miko; It's sea front. Very wide. It is a scenic place. Shimenawa were tightening on a big rock. That is a short walk from the great God, and a Shinto shrine. There also has been to visit.
