Hitachi Seaside Park, Hitachinaka

Enjoy a stroll through vast fields of vibrant flowers at Hitachi Seaside Park. The park offers plenty of variety all year round, with the seasonal flowers changing providing a wide range of colors. Daffodils paint the fields yellow in early spring, while the baby blue colored nemophilla sprawl across the hillside shortly after. In the autumn you’ll spot fields of red kochia and will be able to walk across the aged leaves of metasequoia. Rent a bike to get around the large park and see all that it has to offer, or take a ride on the ferris wheel for panoramic photo opportunities. 10/3 is the time Kochia. Some barely red is still little so far has been waiting for, from the good. And three blooming cosmos. Thinking about walking the park itself is large, so, please fix it.

You can enjoy all year round, a variety of flowers bloom in each season. But wear a pedestrian and cycling courses, so that, it is safe. There is an amusement park, a fashionable Café, from small children to adults can enjoy.

Past 9:30 [Hitachi Beach Park] to. In there is notable at this time, there's not a wide lawn with large park spaces, ideal for family-oriented playground. Admission is ¥ 410 and cheap BBQ space and Park want to use if you were local people. In mid-September, when even the "coiner" red colors based on attractions not be able. And early September also visited the "coiner" is not no tinge of red.... lol

I love this park. It has the combination of green hills and the sea. Very clean, all the botanics are well-cared, and it has quite the collection of plants. This park also provides bike rent up to 5PM with reasonable price. The bike lane itself is great, very well-maintained and actually goes all over the park. Tips: come here with bus from the train station, it will stop right in front of the park's ticket counter.

By far the best getaway I've experienced. This park is huge! Be prepared to walk, bring water, bring a hat, and plan on spending all day here because you will never want to leave. Unfortunately the park does close and it takes a while to walk to the exit so time yourself. There are attractions for little kids like rides and a shallow pool. There are vending machines placed throughout and a resting facility/restaurant too. But the best things are the everlasting walks through fields, sand parks alongside the water, blooming flowers filling your entire peripheral.. you lose your thought, nothing else matters.

We had so much fun here! We got to see nemophila and colorful tulips in full bloom during our visit, and we are all amazed by how absolutely gorgeous the flowers are! There are many unique food and snacks that you can get here with stalls and cafes scattered all around the park, so you don't have to worry about getting hungry at all! Try the Nemophila flavored soft serve (we got the 'mix', it was delicious!) Different kinds of flowers bloom in different seasons so there's always something to see and experience here whenever you visit this beautiful park!

Huge Park, beautiful flowers also a amusement park as well - all you can ride for 3200 yen. Recommend you pack a lunch and bring a sheet to sit on for a picnic.... Also bring cash as no cards accepted

The place is excellent for family people to take the kids on their own or with friends and other families to join got trip and day out together. It's very close to Costco ro pop around for food. The attractions are very good and not too expensive, bit if you ade staying whole day might be better to pay for a day pass. The place is really large and has a lot trees and field areas for picking if you prefer bento perhaps made in home. Also they offer bicycles for hire and they have seats for all ages and sizes if the kids are too small and can't ride yet. The entry fee is ¥ 410 per adult and children over 6 years, the one under that age go for free. However everyone needs to pay for the fun fair rides ☺.
