, officially called, is a baseball stadium in Minami-ku, Hiroshima, Japan. It is used primarily for baseball and is the home of the Hiroshima Toyo Carp of the Japanese Central League. The ballpark has a capacity of 32,000 people and opened on April 10, 2009. It replaced First Hiroshima Municipal Stadium and initially retained the old ballpark's official name. The stadium architecture is considered to be labeled as a retro-classic ball park.Naming rightsOn November 6, 2008, Hiroshima City gave Mazda Motor Corporation naming rights to the stadium. In October of that year, Mazda proposed to call the stadium "MAZDA Zoom-Zoom Stadium Hiroshima" for the period between April 1, 2009 and March 31, 2014. On December 24, 2008, Mazda entered into a contract with the City of Hiroshima regarding the stadiums name and made official the abbreviated name "''". The "Zoom-Zoom" name was a reference to a marketing campaign by Mazda.

  • The road like it was devised from Hiroshima train station can be reached easily on foot Cape road, easily accessible to the stadium. Shops along the way are such ideas like carp. I think Park stadium can play in the ballpark area compared to Cobos to Cobos to without tickets but here's an independent baseball baseball game. But the distance between the players is very much at the close of game while cheering players have received absolutely fabulous. Also during the week though overwhelmed by Cape fan frenzy. Shinkansen sometimes looks nice.

  • It is Hiroshima this year is amazing. Around the ballpark is a good walk. When the game looks in from outside the stadium. If distance from the outfield players are small but convincing. It is of course free.

  • So was feeling very good Mazda Zoom-Zoom Stadium to watch a baseball game at the dome of the other are listed. First, baseball-specific stadium in the close with the players, overall how every game is easy. Infield and outfield, looks good. Uchino 砂kaburi players and very close to the presence there so the honest are difficult to see. Outfield 砂kaburw the roof, toilet is near the narrow space for very many families with children. Sky seat is exhilarating, but it is scary is the fear of heights. Infield seats can often haunt. There is the large number of restroom, but by the time that one inning as well. Please refer to once be appreciated.

  • What an amazing atmosphere. These are some of the most hardcore fans I've ever seen. I watched them sit through a downpour for an hour and a half rain delay and continue singing tram songs the whole time. Love it!
  • Visit Hiroshima! See the peace memorial! And then ... see the Carp. They have the best fans in the world. Even if you're not too much into Baseball. feel the energy of this team and their fans. At least once.
