  • I went to Hikone Castle and Museum. In the exhibits are not in the Hikone Castle, and near the stairs a 60 degree slope without tread is only about 15 cm, was climbing up and down. Nice view from the tower is far, was the best. Many art crafts Museum is related to the II family, was impressive.

  • If you have already seen the important historical and ethnographic museums, you can skip it. Small but significant Castle Museum, collects in 5 thematic areas family history Ii who during the EDo period (1615-1868) lived and ruled in the castle: samurai armor, Noh masks and costumes, furnishings of the tea ceremony, musical instruments, furniture, documents and manuscripts. You visit in an hour, no flash.

  • Great Palace was restored from the exhibits. Actually live here with that one, on the other side, should be fine.
