  • See Moomin in fishing in that building has been reproduced to scale. Like mushrooms near the big mysterious buildings, while to come! World and book-like adults excited at little gimmicks. I wanted to come to when I was a kid! Here is a charming building and building in uniform and children's books. This is a free of charge from it's awesome!

  • Not very big and no service except for restrooms. Staff selling souvenirs and/or acting as moomin caracters would give better review. BUT interesting small houses and it's free of charge. Taxi ride is about 1000¥.
  • Charming park that makes you feel like you're in a fairy tale. Can get crowded on weekends.
  • A charming little park with whimsical buildings based on Tove Jansen's Moomin books. The Moomin house is absolutely adorable and I wish I could live there. A small museum with information on Jansen's life and some other minor structures complete the park. Admission is free.
  • Tourist attraction, play area and park. You can play in the quirky houses pictured or the tree house or roam the woods. There's a library and event space too. Free park but soon to become part of a larger Moomin theme park.
  • Nice place and so cozy
