  • This was a nice small museum of the former British Consulate. You can walk around the building and its garden for free, and you have to pay to view inside the building. However, the gift shop and the tea shop you can go in for free. The tea shop is a nice place to unwind for a cuppa, but I can't say I enjoyed their chocolate cake.
  • Quaint little museum retracing the history of the British consulate (as well as Perry's expedition). Their cafe is very nice; they offer a choice of tea, biscuits, cake and the other usual suspects.
  • A nice place to take a break. There is a tea room here with a nice garden view that you can relax and enjoy traditional english tea, hot scones, fresh cream and delicious jam.
  • A nice museum. You have to pay for entrance fee. There is a nice garden surround the building.
  • The accompanying tea room and their tea set was delicious!
