  • From Hakodate station take the tram down in Suehiro-Cho, and up the hill toward the original town park on the left side you will see Western-style construction. Consulates were actually used in the currently opened Museum, tea room, shops, etc. Winter non-English garden look seems to be a snow garden were good. Ash biz tea can be purchased.
