Ningle Terrace, Furano

3.9
Pop into the quaint little cottages of Ningle Terrace to see the range of imaginative and unusual handicrafts on offer in each of these artisans' homes. The little village of wooden houses in the woods provides a peaceful and almost magical setting for the art stalls, selling tiny handcrafted wooden figurines and homewares, paintings of figures and landscapes, and textiles. Take a rest in the onsite coffee shop and mull over which of the interesting artworks you fancy taking home with you. Put Ningle Terrace into our Furano day trip website to see other points of interest to visit during your vacation in Furano.

  • Ningle said, and it's a wise person by the forest live in the forests of Hokkaido from appearing in the works of Kuramoto Satoshi's old height 15 cm. Ningle terrace into the forest before the new Furano Prince Hotel. Going into the Woods from right in front of the hotel entrance, dotted with dozens of small cottages. We just got dark by the time I went, but burning lights in the dusk, was a nice fantasy. Each log House, owl's House, glass house, and was lined with cute accessories on each theme with the name.

  • I went there end of the winter and the view at night is just spectacular. This is a must go place but the shops are selling souvenirs and not much others. Stay at their cafe for a good cup of cuppa an...  more »

  • Really nice set of 10 or so wooden huts which contain hand crafted goods made by the people selling them in the huts. Wooden boardwalk between the huts. I visited in winter and it was amazing walking around with the snow either side of the boardwalk and on the huts. The goods were reasonably priced and good quality. Really nice to walk around and only a 40 odd minute walk from the station.
  • Hand crafted items on sales at those small wooden made cabins. So much to see that you might spend few hours and enjoy the beautiful nature there.
  • Absolutely stunning at night. It comprises many souvenir novelty shops. All the shops have heater inside. There are not a lot of people which makes it a good place to stroll around. There's parking beside it. Highly recommended.
  • It was snowing heavily when my family and I was there. Had a walk and went into the coffee house for hot beverage to warm up. The lights turned on when we left the coffee house. The entire place so beautiful. It is like a fairy tale land for day and night view.
  • It was a great place! I've visited here in winter. There is a lot of snow, and it was a magnificent sight! Actually cute! I guess night view will be awesome!
