Where to stay in Fukuoka

As the largest city on the island, a hub of commerce, transport, and tourism, and a base for exploration of the wider region, Fukuoka offers plenty of accommodations to choose from. The most established hotels lie in Chuo Ward, the district closest to the port and on the western bank of the Naka River. Standard and luxury options abound in the this area and surrounding districts, offering a range of additional facilities to suit all tastes and budgets. Budget-conscious travelers will be pleased to find hostels and guesthouses throughout the city, but again, primarily in this central area.

  • I stopped by as I walked around the neighborhood. I think it was good because the building is in a retro summer look. Tourists were also in the other.

  • It is a historic building located in a State Park. And the buildings were used as you can see from the name of the hotel once royalty who visited Fukuoka. Ambient is an oasis in the City Park and is located in the heart of downtown. Around the many stray cats.
