Was looking for lunch on the way to Fujigawaguchiko and we hit this town. A seaside area with much to see and eat. A day trip for those from Tokyo seems viable but I was driving so can’t comment much.... more

This island is definitely worth a visit. Many shops to walk into to buy food or souvenirs. However, there are many flights of steps to climb. Good to drive into the island & park at the carpark...

Enoshima night light candle 🕯️ is a great scenery to experience. Started after 5pm and not expensive at all. Cost me 1000yen for watchtower and candle event both together. Beach, encient cave and boat journey also available for a reasonable price. 💕

This is a beautiful island to visit. During this time, it is incredibly humid, so have a fan or something that allows you to keep cooler. It wasn't as busy as I expected, so it was an excellent place to go for a short weekend trip. I visited the cave on the other side of the island, which cost 500 💴 per person. It isn't much but the walk there is excellent with many shops along the way to stop and a bell for lovers. If you like souvenirs, they have plenty to choose from at an affordable price. It was effortless taking the train from Yokohama, and it was about 50 minutes.

Wonderful and adventurous island to explore and spend time with friends and family on weekends. Enoshima island offers lot of stuff for tourist at one place, we can take a great ride in train from Fujisawa or through Enoden line train or by mono rail. We can go for a long walk and enjoy the beach or go for mountain hiking and boat ride. Must place to visit in Japan for tourist. Its nicely maintained and easy to reach Enoshima by train or bus.
