  • Large crowds had on Sunday for a three-day weekend. Roads around easily without adding in a jam. Want to go the toilet has children, was tough. May not ease congestion seems not only two places at the entrance of the car and do not increase a little bit more.

  • Free and generous parking space/area. Family-friendly mall. Lots of resting areas, which is hard to find in other malls. Although I wish they could have added more shops for kids/babies, and more restaurants with different cuisines.
  • HUGE mall, can get lost. But great choice of stores, food, and things for Kids and Adults. Play places are outside as well to get out of the mall. Free Parking is nice too.
  • Nice new shopping mall with a decent section of shops and a good food court.
  • There was great anticipation for Lalaport and it maybe why it was such a disappointment. It only opened earlier this year and it is already grubby, dirty and some areas in need of repair. It is not well maintained. On my last visit there were broken toilets in 2 different places. The centre wasn't well designed for parents with babies. The changing areas are too narrow and there aren't enough of them. They are always crowded. The nursing rooms are behind automated doors, which in case of an emergency wouldn't be very safe. The food court is long meaning you can't leave your children at a table to order as you can't see them from one end to the other. There is only one small free play area inside, despite 3 floors of hundreds of shops. They do have some great shops and a few play centres you can pay into. Some of the shops have there own little play areas too. They also have some "Saitama firsts" and "Japan firsts" too. There are some unique shops and restaurants. The parking was well designed and is free. There is a free park outside. It is nice to visit once or even a few times, and for a family with older kids or no kids at all, it is great. However, there are a lot better malls for families with small children.
  • A lot of shops and restaurants. Good for family shopping.
