  • Up at five o'clock in the morning, take the gondola to the Summit. After rain during the Summit went up to rain up the clouds below and saw a great cloud! Sun once more was the best, but I was.

  • Central Highlands Resort on shades mountain in Nagano Prefecture. Summer trekking and colorful flowers, fall foliage and clouds, winter water is through ski season. In addition, there were many who swoop down the mountain, and mountain bike trails. Doubles the kinda early view autumn leaves about this time, the Trek. There is a free shuttle bus from fujimi station, arrived at the resort entrance in about 15 minutes. Bus AM only 1 of the 10 o'clock. Miss it, because no buses and taxis available. Riding a gondola arrival after 10 minutes. Dash is 1,700 meters above sea level plateau. Front view 8 Yatsugatake mountain range, was impressed. And trekking paths start from here. A relatively gentle slope they walk and first arrived in nyugasa. Sparkling alpine flora and birch trees is not that large, wispy and leaves the moor landscape is impressive. Nyūgasa Marsh, and before long, will arrive at the trailhead on Hat mountain. From here to the Summit is about 40-50 minutes. Hesitation so was rocky and rocky terrain avoidance course and advanced course work. But continued as I think this is really "avoidance course" or rock, end up exhausting the unexpected. A hard course and the steep climb up in a straight line. Step by step by step, in response to the knees and thighs have been spouting sweat. "Easy trekking" sale on Hat mountain is where it is handy! Thinking and painful way to scream. While becoming exhausted is finally arrived at the Summit. Its Summit is not as widely quite small. Where many climbers and even less for the shop was crowded. However, the Yama 360 degrees around the mountains is no longer spectacular. Will be fun and refreshing mountain many clouds on the day was not good, but it's nice weather. Incidentally, in the HP camera picture titled "mountain top" but that is not a real top of the nyūgasa mountain, is only an image of the gondola mountaintop station. Was wondering thought into shades mountain peaks have outlets, but indeed it wasn't. Route's course down the back trails through the paved road from there, back to nyugasa. I had made it back to the passing struggled in climbing a steep slope. From fujimi panorama resort to fujimi station on the JR bus from 15 o'clock 1 flights only. Have a spare so as not miss, let's descend a mountain. The Roker rooms are at the back of the resort entrance. Roker's large size and put the luggage to be helpful. Tatami-mat room in the corner of the room, so climbing around clothes and packing are also useful.

  • Ropeway gondola ride, and arrive at the summit station in about 10 minutes. I was able to see Mt. Fuji from the gondola, is the weather was not good. Leave the station and staff who advise! Aiming at the nyūgasa Moor and on Hat mountain peaks is the trek begins. Nyugasa is, literally "flower garden". Landraces with bright orange, Pincushion flower, Burnet, and ominaeshi, malbadakebki, various lots of flowers. The other, is so impressive. There were many famous migratory butterflies I wanna say so. It is a beautiful butterfly. In about an hour from the summit station, arrived on shades at the top. We could here the weather was not good, but lucky to see Mt. Fuji from the clouds. Towards the Summit at nyugasa just to visit, you can be in sneakers and walking, but think trekking shoes are required. I think Summit is considerably cooler than the lower bound, long sleeve is required even in the summer. It may be useful, depending on the weather there is a Viking helmet.

  • Went Mountain Biking over the weekend. The resort is not well equipped for mountain biking. It's very overpriced for what you get (5,000 yen is as much as any of the nice resorts elsewhere charge for 5 + lifts and much larger riding areas, better maintained.) ZERO flow trails. But, they're the only game in town. You can also camp out in the parking lot for free. No cross-country trails in the area, only lift assist in the designated area is allowed.
  • gr8 place 3km long course is long enough to enjoy a day . may be its for intermediate learners in my view . leat far place for nagano may be with weather u can visit with normal tyres too .
  • Great location - Only a few mins drive from Highway exit. High probability of sunny weather, long downhill piste of 3km!
  • If you are big fun of downhill, definitely the place to visit
  • Best in Asia that I have had the chance of riding.
