Fuji foot Electric Railway (the predecessor of Fuji Express) train (motor 1) maintenance has been exhibited. Mount Fuji back looks close to home, views of the JR train and Fuji express vehicle. Suitable for vehicle watching from the railway station.

  • This season despite being a very small size covers all the necessities that the traveler might have. So besides them counters of purchase of tickets, them baths, an office of information for the traveller in which serve with a great kindness and orient on them different possibilities for travel the area, as well as on them activities to perform and them different travels both for get to them lakes as for to see the monte Fuji (if have luck and them clouds not you it hide) , also features a shop where you can buy both memories of the place such as postcards, dolls, plush toys, figurines and candy, or things that make you lack on-the-fly as batteries for your camera. Also have a small place of restoration if the card is not very extensive is enough to drink with that calm the hunger can have and sit awhile in the area destined to eat and so be able to rest and replenish forces to continue to discover the area. I'm much attention that both the decoration as the products that they offered had relationship with Mount Fuji so cookies or the batter were triangular and in pictures of the walls is they saw different representations of Mount Fuji.

  • We had a wonderful stay at the Kawaguchiko Station Inn last summer. It's extremely close to the station, you get a lovely view of Mt. Fuji and the rooms aren't huge but they're nice and it's fun to stay in a Japanese style room. But best of all was the friendly staff. My father injured himself before we arrived at the hotel and they showed genuine concern and were extremely helpful in making sure that he got the care he needed. We were very impressed. They also told of us of good places to go eat and even helped us find directions to our next destination as we were leaving the next day. If I ever return to Kawaguchiko I will definitely be staying here again. 素晴らしかった!
  • Kawaguchiko station is both convenient and cheap. Just 3 minutes walk to the station. If you want to explore fuji, this is the perfect place. You could take a bus to 5th station on Mt Fuji or a train to fuji q highland. If you don't mind staying in a room with strangers then I recommend the dorm because it is pretty cheap. But if you prefer to have a bit of privacy then I recommend the traditional Japanese room but as you would think, it will be more pricy. This place also includes a onsen on the top floor which is pretty good, a lounge to chill out, you can even try a yukata. The service was alright, they were pretty nice. In the morning they serve breakfast for a bit extra money, Japanese or Western. But what I really like in the morning is that at breakfast, if you look out the window you will see Mt Fuji, a little one but it looks pretty close. Even the onsen has a view of the mountain.
  • This is a review just for the cafe; if you want good and reasonably priced refreshment and service with a smile, you're better off going elsewhere. The coffee was terrible instacaf stuff. Food was acceptable enough for one star but certainly not worth the cost.
  • Room is decent. The public bath is awesome and its good that they also have a separate shared shower room. The staff can speak basic English. We can see Mount Fuji from our room.
  • The rooms are traditional and quite spacious compared to the double rooms you'll find in Tokyo. Tatami mats and futons. Facilities are shared: bathrooms, 2 individual shower rooms, and baths. Kawaguchiko station is right across the street and Lake Kawaguchiko is a walk away. Location is amazingly convenient.
