  • Passed in a Hato bus Fuji course. Typhoon 2 RAID was (next day gone), weather with sunny cars, smoothly and could go up to 5. Late October, so fall foliage season with outstanding views. Bus conductress, Typhoon because air is good, looks pretty clear. Summit also bound looked really beautiful. We have everything cannot go in the typhoon, and fuss, but go backwards in in excellent condition.

  • It is a good driving course. I am happy because the way they in good condition can go up Mount Fuji 5th station without too much difficulty. Toll road because with arbitrary image about 600 yen, I love how from 2,060 yen. Quite unexpectedly and was surprised that go up to the fifth, is satisfied. Room was mostly terrible. Light rain was back.

  • Taking the bus from fujisan station in 60 minutes you get to the fifth station where you can start the climb to the Summit of Fuji. The station is equipped with everything you need so shops restaurants and bars but recommend buying drinks and food at the base, the prices are lower and climbed up the prices. To visit the station are not required nor shoes nor clothes but I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to "climb" the mountain, the route is not very difficult but long and the weather can change, I left with the Sun and one hour from the time it's gone downhill with strong wind and rain drop in temperatures that have accompanied me throughout the descent, it should be noted that I have come across in the Typhoon that brought bad weather in August, though the clothing helped me.

  • Beautiful place. Temperature changes quickly so makes the place more interesting. No trash boxes so waste management is an issue. Good food options even for vegetarians. Overall price is affordable.
  • This is as far up mount Fuji 🗻 as you can go on a bus. And if you are lucky. Maybe you can get a fantastic view of the shy volcanic peak. I got to see her on the 3rd try.
  • 5th station on Mt. Fuji is last one before you climb on top of the mountain. Has plenty of parking spots, shopping, restaurants and beautiful view over the valley. Mt. Fuji is very close, you can see peak of the mountain and enjoy scenery. There may be a little bit busy during the day.
  • This is the 5th Station of Mt.Fuji. People can see Mt. Fuji up close. It's very cold and windy. Make sure to bring a jacket. We can see that we are above the clouds. It was so awesome!
  • Just to warn people, there is no view of the peak from the 5th station, but if you go down the road a bit there is a good view on a clear day. Particularly recommend cycling up to the 5th station. Tough but we'll worth it for the ride down.

Some simple guesthouses and hostels dot the more modest streets of the main urban areas, while more upmarket, resort-style hotels with "onsen" (traditional Japanese spas) are located close to the lake, or sit in privileged positions just out of town.
