2.9/5 based on 420+ reviews on the web
Developed around the bridge that has connected the two banks of Nihonbashi River for centuries, Nihonbashi serves a thriving financial and business district. Originally used as a marker for the distances to Tokyo, a bronze plaque on the bridge reminds visitors of a much simpler time when the city was a much smaller place. As old as the bridge, a local department store helps make this area a popular destination for shopping. Using our custom trip planner, Tokyo attractions like Nihonbashi can form part of a personalized travel itinerary.
