Take a break from the bustle and noise of Tokyo in Hama Rikyu Gardens, a lush public space in Chuo. Surrounding a pond, the gardens housed the residence of Shoguns between the 17th and 19th centuries. Today, the park contains a teahouse in the middle of the pond, where visitors drink green tea and nibble on mochi, a traditional rice cake. Seek out a 300-year-old black pine tree, and, if you visit in early spring, the blooming cherry trees. Hama Rikyu Gardens Reviews
菜の花が満開で、一面黄色の畑になっていて、とても綺麗でした。菜の花の脇には、紅梅の花も満開になっていて、とても綺麗でした。 公園自体は、ところどころ工事していて、入れないところもありました。 more »Rape blossoms are in full bloom, one is in the yellow field, was so beautiful. Beside the flowers, plum blossoms is in full bloom, very nice. The park itself and some construction, did not put there.
more »There is a park with unizo Ginza 7-Chome on foot, 15 minutes in the middle of a city like this well-kept Japan exotic and wonderful thought. Just irises neatly in full bloom and, there were a lot of foreigners. Spain and the United States also was praised.
人が少ないので行きましたが、花が咲いているのが、梅と菜の花くらいでした。工事のところもあり、2時間くらいで周り帰りました。食事できないので、スタンプで再入場可能です。二月の注意トイレ利用するなら外で（工事中）食事 more »Plum blossoms and rape was flowers have bloomed since few people went. Construction, went around in about 2 hours. Unable to feed, so stamp is again allowed. February note to use the restroom if you're eating out (under construction)
Beautiful gardens and very peaceful in the heart of the city. Spent 3 hours wandering around enjoying the sunshine and the buildings in the park. Also took tea in the tea-house in the centre of the lake, this is well worth the time and money.
Quiet and serene, never gets too busy so it’s a welcome little space to just relax and spend some peaceful time. No particularly noteworthy buildings or monuments so I’d recommend this more for locals seeking a place to unwind rather than for tourists looking for photo opportunities.
Hamarikyu Gardens is a beautiful place to take a leisurely peaceful stroll. To see all its charm & beauty please allow a good 2 hours to venture all the hidden sights with a twenty minute break at the kiosk. Ideally you will need comfortable shoes & a good camera. It is a very tranquil place with beautiful, well-kept & maintained gardens. It is situated south-east of Tokyo center. The entrance fee is 300¥ which is great value considering what you get to enjoy. There are paths & walkways throughout the garden to adventure around at your own leisurely pace with signs in multiple languages, but please be sure that you keep off the gardens & behind the foot-rails as these are no go areas. There are inlets, ponds & rivers to view with some truly stunning sights. And if you're lucky you might catch a glimpse of fish basking in the sunlight! A 300 year-old Pine tree exists and there are numerous famous dwellings that highlights Japan's historical society & history. Also there is a pier with boat trips available to explore the Tokyo Bay. It truly is a memorable place as is much of Japan 🇯🇵
Beautiful garden with many Bridges and houses(?) In the old Edo style. It also contains a Shinto shrine as well. If you wish to see up close the living conditions of the ancient Japanese this is one of the best places to do so as it allows you closer access then any other place. Loved my experience here and it really made it's self unique compared to the other gardens I visited. Definitely recommended and loved every second of it.
A very well maintained garden. In the heart of the city. The garden has several trees and summer many decades old the garden also houses a large sea water pond with fishes who pop out from nowhere to make this view an amazing experience. the property also has an tea house you can experience the Japanese tea ceremony here entry is charged. the property also has a typical house made out of straw roof. The entire walkaround would take around one and a half to two hours
