  • Located between Tokyo Station and Imperial Palace. Some water is there, but not allowed to step in. When I was there, no fountain was working. To me, this is just an open area. Got a bit surprised see...  more »
  • When working in Marunouchi, I went to lunch once in a while. At that time, the Park is still open with, certainly restaurant buffet was like feel. Now little is getting is Deluxe menu. Free rest area located next to the restaurant is browned before rainy day last month, was filled with foreign tourists. Cloudy today, perched on a bench in the Park was empty, so the meal and clean. First half of 12 pm and in the salaried man and OL filled perhaps. Yummy spread lawn across the street and across the street at the Imperial Palace, next to the square, where a NAP. Fountains at 13:00 too much engine rose. Accumulated water under the fountain place, appeared to be a water Strider insect had more than 10. • An amazing place with beautiful Waterworks :D thoroughly enjoyed it... the place has a great sense of design too... from the bridge to the stepping stones... everything seems to be designed carefully :) A must see
  • Some more trees to cast shadow would be nice, but you have a refreshing view of water. The resthouse offers some places to sit, for free.
  • Beautiful and relaxing fountain. Grab a bite to eat and find a nice place to sit and watch the waters!
  • Beautiful relaxing place. Great fun if you have children.
  • We came across this neat little area which is bursting with fountains (no pun intended). It is called the Wadakura Fountain park and it is a great place for quiet, relaxation and perhaps to sit down and have a bite to eat!

Where to stay in Tokyo

Tokyo abounds with excellent places to stay, from luxury affairs to humble budget-friendly lodgings. Its glittering skyscrapers house numerous international four- and five-star hotels, both in the populous cultural hotspots of Shinjuku and in the business centers of Akasaka and Shinbashi. Meanwhile, hostels catering to the shoestring traveler lie scattered throughout the city. For a memorable, distinctly Japanese experience, seek out a ryokan, a traditional bed and breakfast with tatami floor mats and sliding screen doors.
